Our expansive Fitness Center, open 24 hours, features state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. Personal training is available upon request. Please note, guests must be 16 or older to access this facility.
What is your pet policy?
We welcome service animals. Other pets are not accommodated.
Is room service available?
At present, room service is not offered.
Do you provide business facilities?
We offer a coworking space to our guests, found in the lobby.
What in-room refreshment options are available?
Each room features a Nespresso Coffee Bar, Tea Kettle, and two complimentary bottles water, replenished daily.
Are refrigerators provided in the rooms?
Yes, each room is equipped with a mini-refrigerator.
What is the policy regarding incidental deposits?
We require a $50 incidental deposit per room, per night.
How are credit card authorizations handled at check-in?
Upon registration, we authorize the full stay charges plus an incidental deposit of $50. Our Front Desk can provide specific details.
When is the incidental deposit released?
The hold is released upon departure. Please note, banks may take up to 14 days to process this release.
Do you accept packages for guests?
We accommodate up to two complimentary packages per guest. Additional packages incur a $15 service fee each. Packages are accepted up to seven days prior to your stay.
What does the Destination Fee include?
Our $35 (plus tax) nightly destination fee covers various amenities, including a welcome basket, Wi-Fi, calls within the US, digital press access, TechnoGym training app, in-room refreshments, and complimentary shoeshine.

What are the accepted forms of payment?
A valid credit card is required for check-in and final bill settlement. Please note that cash is not accepted.
How do I modify a reservation made through a third party?
All changes must be processed through your original booking channel.
What is the minimum age for check-in?
Guests must be 21 years or older to check in.
What is your cancellation policy?
For direct bookings, cancellation without penalty is available until 3 p.m. EST the day before arrival. Special conditions may apply to certain reservations.
Are identification documents required at check-in?
Yes, a valid photo ID is mandatory for all check-ins.
What are the estimated travel times from nearby airports?
Approximate drive times are: 50 minutes from JFK, 30 minutes from LaGuardia, and 50 minutes from Newark.
Do you offer parking facilities?
We offer reduced-rate self-parking at nearby Icon Parking located at 11 East 38th Street (between Madison and 5th Avenue). Current rates apply, payable directly to the facility.

Do you provide airport shuttle services?
